Fake Flesh Plug
A steel fake flesh plug with a surgical steel bar. This looks like a steel plug held in with o-rings, but is in fact a normal earring with a threaded end. Looks fairly convincing. Choose the length of bar to suit the thickness of your lobe so that they fit well.
